Chief Judge Paul Michel and Circuit Judge Richard Linn will speak at the inauguration of The Hon. William C. Conner Inn of Court at the Union League Club of New York City on January 15, 2009. The Inn is named in honor of Judge William C. Conner who sits on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
