Chief Judge Paul R. Michel’s will give the keynote address, titled “A View from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit regarding Appeals from the ITC in Section 337 Investigations” at the American Conference Institute’s 2nd Expert Forum on ITC Litigation & Enforcement on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at the Omni Berkshire Place in New York City. Circuit Judge Randall Rader will give the keynote address during the Master Classes session on Friday, February 26th. Judge Rader will discuss the standards of proof and review for Section 337 determinations and comment on IP rights and enforcement in China, India, Brazil, Russia, and other developing economies.
