  • The electronic case filing component is in the early stages of development.
  • Research, design, and development of the Federal Circuit's CM/ECF system is complex, challenging, and time-consuming.
  • A dedicated team of 15 court staff are building a state of the art CM/ECF system for easy access and use by the bench and the bar.
  • The completion date for the Federal Circuit's CM/ECF system is May 2012.
