The court has issued this notice addressing the continuation of court operations and scheduled February arguments in the event of a federal government shutdown.

Panels G and H will begin at 10:00 a.m. Panel I will begin at 11:00 a.m. Counsel may begin checking in with the Clerk’s Office at 8:30 a.m.

Due to inclement weather, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will open on a two-hour delay on February 7, 2018. Unscheduled leave and telecommuting are authorized as approved by supervisors. Chambers staff should follow policy of their respective judge. The Clerk’s Office will open at 8:30 a.m. for counsel scheduled for argument today. Any changes to today's argument schedules will be posted by 8:15 a.m.

The court has issued this order to address continuing court operations necessary to the progress and resolution of cases during the Federal government shutdown. All filing deadlines remain in effect.  CM/ECF remains operational for filing of all documents. All cases scheduled for oral argument will be heard as scheduled.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will go live on the next generation of the national case management and electronic case filing system, NextGen CM/ECF, on March 19, 2018.
