Chief Judge Paul Michel will speak as part of a panel titled "Litigation - A Changed Landscape: Patent Eligibility Standards and Jurisdictional Issues" at the AIPLA Spring Meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2010. Circuit Judge Randall Rader will speak at two breakout sessions at the BIO 2010 International Convention on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois. The two sessions are: "Patenting Genes: In Search of Calmer Waters" from 8:00am to 9:00am and "Patents for Personalized Medicine Products-Considerations and Pitfalls for the Unwary" from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
