| The Federal Circuit Rules of Practice, 2006 edition, are available for download. |
| Notice: The court isssued a revised notice concerning changes to the court's rules on December 3, 2007. The notice includes an amended Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 25, effective December 1, 2007. Also included is a corrected Federal Circuit Rule 28(2). Previously issued and still contained in the notice are: revised Court of Appeals Miscellaneous Fee Schedule effective January 1, 2007, revised Federal Circuit Rule 47.3, effective September 1, 2006, and Federal Circuit Rule 32.1, effective December 1, 2006. All changes should be inserted into the RULES OF PRACTICE dated May 1, 2006. Federal Circuit Rule 47.6 is superseded effective December 1, 2006. |

New website on privately-funded educational programs: In September 2006, the Judicial Conference of the United States adopted a policy that requires judges and educational program providers to disclose certain information about the attendance of judges at privately-funded educational programs. The policy is effective as of January 1, 2007. Pursuant to this policy, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has established a link to information about the attendance of Federal Circuit judges at such programs:
