NOTICE: The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is currently providing its case information on the Internet via this PACER site. The information presented is the most current docket information that has been processed.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1913, the Judicial Conference has the authority to prescribe fees for public access to court electronic records (PACER). In September 2011, the Judicial Conference approved an increase in the fee, from eight cents per page to ten cents per page, effective April 1, 2012. If you experience trouble accessing this site, a traditional dial-up PACER/Bulletin Board is still available. Whether you access PACER on the Internet or use the dial-up service, you will be required to use a login and password issued by the PACER Service Center. If you do not already have a PACER account, call (800) 676-6856 or (210) 301-6440 to obtain a registration form. It takes about a week to receive a login and password from the PACER Service Center. Electronic Registration is available.
