Chief Judge Paul Michel was chosen to be the Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Fordham Intellectual Property Institute from November 15 to 19, 2009. As a Fellow, the Chief Judge participated in many aspects of the law school, including teaching classes and meeting with students. He delivered a public lecture, entitled “Innovation Incentives, Competition, and Patent Law Reform: Should Congress Fix the Patent Office and Leave Litigation Management to the Courts?" [1] on November 18, 2009.
