The Clerk’s Office does not answer procedural or case-related questions by email but staff are available to assist you during our operating hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Eastern). 

Please note that the Clerk’s Office cannot transfer calls to chambers and all correspondence and telephone calls about cases, including press inquiries, must be directed to the Clerk’s Office.

Emergency Filing Notification Procedures
Please limit after-hours notifications to situations where (1) an emergency motion or petition must be filed before the court is next open or (2) a filer has erroneously filed confidential materials.
