Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore has appointed the following members to the Advisory Council for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit: Gabriel Bell and Kathi Vidal as new members, and Michelle Klancnik and Sonal Mehta as reappointed members.
