The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will be closed on December 24, 2025, and December 26, 2025, in addition to the federal holiday of December 25, 2025. For purposes of computation of time and motions to enlarge time under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure and Federal Circuit Rule 26, December 24 and December 26, 2025, will each be considered a “legal holiday.”
All electronic filing deadlines will remain in effect. Electronic case filing will remain available through CM/ECF. Nonelectronic filings received on those days will be treated as timely filed if received by the next business day in accordance with Federal Circuit Rule 26(a)(3).
